Young Voices – Tuesday 14th January 2020 – ON THE DAY!
Clothing – Children should come to school wearing comfortable clothing – jeans, leggings or joggers are fine. Young Voices t-shirts will be distributed on the day.
Footwear – comfortable as we are on our feet a lot! Trainers or similar please.
Food and Drink – The Arena is now cashless. Unfortunately, this means that children will be unable to purchase food or drinks from the kiosks on the day. Children should bring plenty of food – enough for lunch and tea. They will also need plenty of water, or similar, to drink as they will get very thirsty! (No fizzy drinks please)
Medical – Please ensure your child’s medication is in date and in school. If your child requires a travel sickness tablet, please send in to school on the day in a named and sealed bag. These will be looked after by a member of staff.
Travel – We will be leaving school with the children at 10.30am. Please ensure your child comes into school as normal with everything they will need.
We should leave the Arena at approximately 9.30pm and arrive back at school at around 11.30pm. PLEASE ENSURE your mobile contact numbers are up to date at the office, as we will send a text to you about 15 minutes before arriving back at school.
The school drive and car park will be open for car parking from 11pm to minimise disturbance to our neighbours.
WEDNESDAY 15th JANUARY
Children can come into school a little later the following day. They must be in by 10.50am.
