Harry Potter World Itinerary

 

Thursday 19^th March 2020

10am – depart Kader Academy.

4pm – arrive at London Lee Valley Youth Hostel

6pm – Evening meal

 

Friday 20^th March

8am – Up & breakfast

9.45am – depart for Harry Potter World

11am – Harry Potter World Tour

4.30pm – Depart Harry Potter World

Approximately 9.30 arrive home. 

 

Clothing Checklist

Your child’s clothes should be packed into a backpack, there will not be enough room on the coach for suitcases.

 

Your child will need:

1 Full change of clothing – This must include a Kader polo t-shirt so that the children are easily identifiable.

Pjs

Toiletries

Towel

Money (optional) 

 

Please do not take any of the following:-  Mobile phones,  Ipads or any other tablet,  Electronic Games,  Hair Straighteners,  Hair Dryers, aerosol deodorant – roll on only.

 

 

Just a couple of reminders about our visit to Harry Potter World:

 

As mentioned before, children are not allowed mobile phones or cameras.

Please label any medication and provide details of its administration. Please hand over any medication to staff before we leave. (If your child needs a travel-sickness tablet for the journey home on Friday 19^th please provide one.)

Spending money is allowed however it is optional and there is a maximum of £30. There is a gift shop where souvenirs are available.

Your child may bring books, packs of cards etc., but no electronic games please.

Your child may not bring hair straighteners/hair dryer etc.

We will meet in the Upper School hall on Thursday 19^th March at 9.30am; we aim to leave at 10.00am. YOUR CHILD WILL NEED A PACKED LUNCH.

We will be leaving Harry Potter World on Friday 20^th March at 4.30pm. We aim to be back at school at approximately 10.30pm.

Your child could bring a favourite toy/pillow/blanket etc. from home as a familiar comfort to them at bedtime.
