The children have wowed us with their enthusiasm and curiosity towards our new topic – A Child’s War. We have been exploring how WW2 began and developing our knowledge of evacuation, including reasons for and against it, resulting in a class debate!

Alongside this, we have been working on fractions in Maths and using practical equipment to cement our understanding of mixed numbers and improper fractions.
