Year 5 have had another busy week! Forest schools has started again and groups 4, 5 and 6 have had an absolute blast! The children have been doing some map work and have been learning about political and relief maps. We have learnt about contour lines and how they can help us to see the height of the land. The children then painted their own salt dough maps remembering to think of all the features of Africa they had researched. We have painted our pottery this week and have been busy making Father’s Day cards. We have finished out PiXL papers and the children have worked so hard! Well done Year 5, keep going!
