What we did this week

It was so fabulous to welcome everyone back into year 4 on Monday. We have missed everyone so much! We started the week off as little scientists and carried out experiments to launch our topic ‘potions’. We have been creating some fantastically gruesome mixtures.

We have also been getting our hands dirty and sculpting our own potion bottles out of clay. So much mess but so much fun.

We were introduced to our new text this term too ‘The Firework-Makers Daughter’ and, so far, we absolutely love it!

In numeracy we have been learning all about money and took part in a treasure hunt of questions around the classroom. We found some questions stuck in some hard to reach places!!

Each day we have been keeping fit and healthy and exercising as much as we can and the children have been superstars!
