In Maths, we began to focus on money. We learned all about the coins and were great at recognising them. We then moved on to finding a way to make an amount using the coins. We worked so hard.

In English, we went back in time to 1666 when the Great Fire of London was happening. We were asleep in our beds and awoke to the smell of disgusting smoke. We looked out of our windows and saw orange fire spreading. Houses were collapsing.

On Tuesday we thought about what we could see, hear, smell, touch and how we felt and worked in small groups to write these ideas down. On Wednesday we wrote some fantastic sentences using these ideas. Everybody is really trying hard to use the rule of 3- well done!

In Topic, we created art work of the Great Fire of London.
