We have had a very busy week in year one – everyone has been working extremely hard.
This week we continued our new topic ‘Memory Box’ by exploring and comparing modern and old toys. We even got chance to play with some toys from the past.
In English, we identified rhymes from the story ‘Mockingbird’ then came up with some ourselves! We have also been practising our handwriting.
In Maths, we’ve been focusing on number formation and how to sort and organise objects. We came up with some super creative ways to organise them!
