We have had an amazing week! We were visited by one of our School Governors who works for the NHS. This year the NHS is celebrating the Year of the Nurse; he talked to us about Florence Nightingale and the birth of modern medicine. We then had lots of fun looking at the resources he brought with him. We particularly liked the hand gel that showed up any bacteria under a U.V. light.

We also thoroughly enjoyed World Book day and learnt lots of new and incredible vocabulary! Thank you all so much for your amazing efforts with the T-shirts! We are still busy turning our rocks/pebbles into something wonderful… keep your eyes peeled.
