Firstly we would like to again thank you for your patience regarding the Harry Potter refunds and we again apologise for the delay. Partial refunds have now been paid back into your account. Unfortunately we cannot process refunds the same way for payments made 6 months or more ago, so we will be offering these refunds via cheque. Can we please ask that you contact the school via email@example.com to tell us who to make the cheque out to and whether you would like us to post it out to you or if you will be collecting in person.
